Organised Events
Visibility can help you take part in events such as the Glasgow Women's 10k, The Edinburgh Marathon, The Great Scottish Walk, the Great Scottish Run and the Junior Great Scottish Run. You might even want to travel to other parts of the world or jump out of an aeroplane and raise sponsorship, not only fulfilling personal challenges, but also helping Visibility.

Walking/ Running Events for 2008
Walking and Running events are an excellent way to improve your fitness levels and raise money at the same time. If you would like to raise funds for Visibility perhaps one of the following events might be for you:
- Great Scottish wee walks – 2 miles
- Galston - meadows - 3 May 2008

- Womens 10K – 18 May 2008

- Great Scottish walk -
- 10K for Men – 15th June 2008
- Junior Great Scottish Run – 3K - 6 Sept 08
- Great Scottish Run – 7 Sept 08 – half marathon or 10K

Visibility are looking for people who would be interested in taking part in climbing or abseiling events for visibility during 2008, we have a few ideas for events but would welcome any suggestions, why not give us a call on 0141 332 4632 or email Audrey Ward.
Corporate 1K challenge
Visibility organised its first Corporate Challenge event during 2007. To find out more about this event and to register your interest for our future Challenge activities, please click here.
Parachuting - available throughout the year
Parachuting is a once in a lifetime experience. There are three different types of parachute jump to choose from. We ask that you raise a minimum amount of sponsorship (from £280 depending on the type of jump you choose) and in turn Visibility will receive an average donation of £140.
Organising your own fundraising event
Please get in touch if you would like to organise your own event. There are ways in which we can help, from providing you with advice and your own fundraising pack.
If you choose to support Visibility by taking part in an event or organising your own fundraising event, you will be raising funds to make a real difference to blind and visually impaired adults and children who live in Glasgow and the West of Scotland.
