Visibility works to ensure that any individual details remain confidential and that no information is given to a third party without the individual's approval. Any emails that are forwarded to Visibility are kept for a maximum of 6 months to ensure that the enquiry is dealt with and that a statistical record is kept. After 6 months, all emails are deleted.
